Anxiety and Depression
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety or depression takes hold. Our therapists provide tools and strategies to help you manage intrusive thoughts, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns of thinking. We focus on uncovering the root causes of distress, teaching coping skills, and helping you find balance so you can live more fully and confidently.
Stress Management
From demanding jobs to family responsibilities, stress is a part of daily life—but it doesn’t have to control you. We work with you to identify triggers, build resilience, and develop personalized techniques for managing stress. Our goal is to help you build resilience so you can handle life’s challenges without burning out.
Relationship Issues
Relationships can be both rewarding and difficult. Whether you’re navigating conflict, improving communication, or rebuilding trust, we provide a safe, supportive environment where you and your partner can explore concerns and strengthen your bond. For families, we emphasize understanding patterns, shifting away from negative communication cycles, finding new ways to connect, increasing empathy, and creating healthier dynamics.
Trauma
Past experiences—whether recent or long ago—can leave lasting scars. We approach trauma with sensitivity, compassion, and evidence-based practices to help you process what happened, reduce emotional distress, and reclaim a sense of safety and control. You are not defined by your trauma, and healing is possible.
Drug and Alcohol Recovery Support
Recovery is an ongoing journey, and we’re here to walk alongside you. While we are not a certified substance abuse treatment center, we offer counseling for individuals working through sobriety or maintaining recovery. We focus on developing healthier coping strategies, addressing underlying emotional challenges, and supporting both individuals and their loved ones in creating a strong foundation for lasting change.
How we work
We don’t hand out prescriptions to mask the symptoms or offer the “right way to live.” Instead, we help you identify what works for you and support you in making changes that fit your goals. Our therapists are highly trained, focused on continually learning, and deeply committed to treating each person with empathy, flexibility, and respect.
Who We See
We serve adolescents (typically 16+), adults, couples, and seniors. Younger clients may be considered on a case-by-case basis. There is no “ideal” client—just people who want support, whether it’s their first experience with counseling or they’re looking for a new approach.
