Kelsey McGraw, LCSW

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

Starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially if you’ve been through experiences where trust, safety, or stability were disrupted. My goal is to offer a space that feels grounded, real, and supportive.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with trauma survivors, teens, and young adults, as well as individuals impacted by the criminal justice system, including incarceration and child welfare involvement. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck during major life transitions, unsure how to move forward without repeating old patterns.

I help people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes by building insight, practical coping skills, and a stronger connection to themselves. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you—because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and you don’t need to fit into a box to heal.

I believe therapy works best when it feels authentic. That means honest conversations, room for humor when appropriate, and moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Whether you’re processing past experiences or trying to figure out what’s next, you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is grounded, compassionate, and straightforward, I’d be glad to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

Offering sessions via telehealth only.

Cassie Modica, LSW

Licensed Social Worker

A committed and passionate licensed social worker, Cassi earned her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and sees human connection as the beating heart of therapy. As a therapist she seeks to listen, understand, and trust that the person on the other end of that connection has unlimited potential to reach whatever goals they set their mind to. Through centering community, introspection, and healing, Cassi serves as a comrade in her client’s therapeutic journeys.

Kindness, humor, non-judgment, and creativity are reflected in both Cassi’s therapeutic practice and personal values. She has worked with a wide range of adolescent and adult clients on varied issues over the course of her career, including but not limited to mood instability, trauma, criminal justice system involvement, and psychosis. Cassi takes an eclectic approach to honor the unique individualities of her clients and integrates evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychotherapy, and internal family systems therapy (IFS). She describes herself as an eccentric, justice-oriented person with a deep reverence for the therapeutic process and the authentic relationships built throughout it.

Offering sessions via telehealth only.
